Hello everybody, I am 2 steps away from closing my first deal, I have it under contract and everything but the title of the house is under a Living Trust, when I escrowed it at the title company they asked me if I could call the owner back to find out if he has a copy of the trust or a will.

People are not simply going to trust you just because you have a sign on your car, or a T-shirt that says "No really, I won't scam you no please please please believe me I am begging you".That sign or T, just gets you noticed.
