Commercially you will see more the greens, blues and greys on buildings.

In any case, I would hardly consider advice from myself as a green light.

My first thought is that I should talk to a broker to have initial conversations so I can educate myself about the world, but I wonder if I run the risk of just wasting his/her time and coming across as too green.
