I used two recruiters in town (upstate NY) starting in January to find job locally, but my skills are very specific.

Im no stranger to the trade; however, I hear of new processes and techniques all the time and If it's legit and tested I was sure the BP community would know about it.  

@Sheena Varghese it is not legal to trade rent for work in this manner because he is not paying federal taxes.

There are a variety of opportunities in Indianapolis, you just need to identify your goals and resources (capital, time, skills, experience level, etc.)

Look up the multifamily trade associations for contacts and start calling using the phone,e-mail,etc. to make headway.Got to your local investor association.

Carrianne Mucho , Thank you very much for your reply I myself , as well as my father ( who would be helping me on all of the Repair / Renovation work ) are both Contractors by trade.......

But since I'm not part of the transaction, it's not really my call, let's see those negotiating skills!

Instead of owner financing, trade a note you bought for a discount.  

Cap is just what the market is trading at.

I am pretty skilled at finding good deals, thanks for responding.
