It's easy to see the current Maket Value as opposed to the current Assessed Value which takes any exemptions, and the 3% cap in annual increases for Homestead properties, into account, on the property appraisers website.  

Most only show partial information and you have to go physically to the court house (or hire someone) to get the rest of the info and print out pages if necessary,  If you cannot find it on the website call the offices.

The website that people can pay on immediately had a timer and if it was a second late they were charged a $50 late fee.

This website is a solid start for any investor and there are some really knowledgeable individuals on here who share their valuable thoughts on a regular basis.
