For first-time flippers, are you also having a hard time getting funded?

There's a home owners association and condo association that pretty much manage and take care of everything on the outside of the building and common areas.

I visited 6 apartment complexes this week across two Midwest metro area and saw only one EV, which was owned by the regional manager, not a resident.
