A lot of guys like yourself that know Excel well like to build their own space and constantly tweak it.

Per the city website, he has space for his own driveway and may have stopped using it or it could be that both the properties were owned by single person at one point.

The big guys are and have been pretty tight for past several years so those loans are usually right side up.

My parking area can technically fit a 4th car, but it would be tight and make maneuvering for other tenant cars more difficult.Should I accommodate this request? 

I’ve been using square space to try and build a simple but elegant website containing an about page, a contact page, and a form homeowners can fill out if they want to sell their house.

It's also very close to Reed College, a $60K/semester school, so it would be a strong draw for wealthy visitors, campus tours/visiting parents, etc.Also- my primary job is an online merchant, selling on Amazon/Ebay and I require a large space for daily inventory/shipping prep.
