You need to get your own appraisal, survey, inspections, etc.

Site study, review of zoning, survey, can be anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000.

One thing @James Masotti did not state is that these loans will require a personal guarantee from the LLC membership; if your LLC has multiple members, then all of them will have to give their personal guarantee (unless perhaps when some member has a tiny interest in the LLC).
