Hey BP, coming across a little problem while trying to obtain access to some financing, A family member of mine is requesting a Home equity line of credit under their primary residence which is completely free and clear, I will be supporting the request with my income, the financial institution is requesting to have myself registered on the title of the property as part of the file, my question is; would adding me onto the primary residence for the line of credit trigger a capital gains for me as well as a welcome tax?

@Julian DemacabalinI'm not sure what you current situation is, but if you are a single guy I would start lining up some potential buddies that want to get out of the barracks and would like to rent a room (make sure they are reliable / someone you wouldn't mind living with etc...).After that, I would start looking for a decent house that has enough bedrooms (and at least a couple bathrooms) to support the roomate situation. 

Taking the time to develop relationships with lenders who match your values, and can support your project needs beyond just the loaned money itself, can be well worth the extra point or percentage!

Lender was a real estate investor and willing to support a newbie.

We use the cashflow from this unit to support most of the advertising/marketing, supplies, and client meals for my real estate sales business.

Lately, however, after Alex Hance (customer support) left the company, communication with Caretaker has become extremely difficult. 

Perhaps the unit cannot support the rent you are asking for in your area.

The big question is, are there enough people to support the business?
