Good afternoon from Rwanda,I plan to start out with rentals in 2 years' time because I wish to do my first investment free of debt.Looking for land now and then will proceed to the next step.However from reading the Beginner's guide,the whole business is a lot more complicated than I expected especially with building up the team.Need to hear some ways to push forward please.Thank youAnyango SyliviaUganda,Rwanda

I don't think you have much you can do other than ask them to not idle so long in the morning and afternoon, and also to park farther away from the building. 

The public trustee publishes a list on Tuesday (or Monday for Denver) afternoon of the properties in the upcoming sale.

Yes typically serving up a guru in the BP forum is much like making eggs scrambled or sunny side up which is to be expected given the reach a post has on this site and the range of experiences that different folks have as well. 

I know they will probably only tell me the sunny side to sell their properties but I’m sure there’s other info I can get from them.
