Hi Chan,It's the 26th of the month.At least you have a heads up on the lack of money.If it were mine, I'd give them three choices.[1] Come current with any back rent and pay in full on time and stay.[2] Move out before the end of the month and have the lease canceled (due to unforeseen medical expenses).

Increased money supply, low rates, housing supply shortages, institutional housing investments, inflation, +++.... are we heading for a housing bubble?

Some jobs will always need to be at the office, but that's not how the majority of major businesses are heading.  

In my opinion, most people will tell you to do #1, but I would do #2 so you can keep your heads in school and learn and grow inside of a safer investment with HOA protecting you from some of the major expenses that could come in a house hack.

The costs are substantial once you have the perimeter landscaped and the interior finished then having discovered a mold issue.
