Good day all, i have found a property that is for sale and the owner wants out of it.

At the end of the day, the most important factor is location.Doing a quick MLS search, there are only 2 homes in the Austin city limits with 6+ bedrooms that aren't well over $1M in price. 

Thanks….I moved in to a new town in 2006… and I immediately joined the local REIAs…And the communication / email process of one had me baffled…. although there was a “ bulletin board” ..all comments were delayed a day or two before getting posted… I asked “ why the delay” and it was explained that all posts are vetted to make sure that they complied…blablabla…I called bull… by saying that …in my previous REIAs if you ran afoul of the rules there was a warning and a three strikes and you’re out system… but a sometimes deals a very time sensitive… getting the flip out to the whole group SWIFTLY was very important….

Maintenance repairs, on the other hand, are the day-to-day fixes like fixing leaks or replacing a broken light fixture.

I also noticed that his communication with me has been decreasing drastically up to the days leading up to his disappearance. 

I don't have any particular day or time in mind yet so any suggestions are welcome. 

Now, every day is like Christmas Eve until I can get closed, move and sell this property.  

Here is the specific section: "Within (insert number) days after the Effective Date of this contract, Seller shall deliver the Notice to Buyer.

It usually seems to rent only a few days out but it has been mostly full.
