Hi my name is Hannah and I am new to real estate, currently have a 9-5 job, but am looking to start my journey to financial freedom.

My goal is to start with house hacking and then later invest in multi-family or single family homes through BRRRR.While I start my journey learning in Los Angeles, I'd like to invest out-of-state in Chicago, IL in the near future.

anyone can get those set up for a few hundred bucks.the really funny one is when they send you a picture of their ID to prove they are real  LOL.. just crooks and theives looking to take advantage of those beginning their real estate or borrowering  journeys nothing more nothing less
