One thing that wasn't mentioned in the thread is that with condos you are most likely more limited on number of people you can sleep there.

Foregoing hours in the morning that I'd enjoy sleep but would rather get up and go to the gym so that I can spend my evening after work reading, scrolling BP, and spending time with my loved ones at home.
