So i took them over (owner finance) one is a double the other is a single.

@Matt Millard If you take a self directed Roth IRA with checkbook control and buy single family homes at the right price you will beat the pants of any insurance policy or stock out there.

The BP one really only works for single family as it doesn't take into account rent increases. 

She continued to say that the girl that was buying this house was a single pregnant woman and she didn't have anyone to fix these things, so we better take care of it.

I would like to either buy single family or duplexes in the south hills area.
