Any suggestions for plumbers that work on commercial/multifamily in Ventura County, California?

Do I get a HELOC or does someone have other suggestions, I don't know much about borrowing money but I'm reading and learning...Thank you!

If you are supplying the materials , you hired labors , plain and simple .

If you're looking for other markets I would also suggest Indianapolis.

(though it will surely change overtime)  Once you have done that, I would suggest that you geek-out on learning your market.Although history shows that RE will appreciate over time, speculating and counting on appreciation can be a dangerous strategy.

@Adam Jaken - There are a lot of places and avenues where you can definitely make more than 5-6% but I would suggest you pick a place and research it to get to know the market.

Like many have of the ones suggested I would aim for any service that pulls from one of the "top three" national credit bureaus.

Unfortunately things are very expensive down here (in my opinion) and it doesn't seem to be as simple as in other markets.
