I do realize not all deals are this simple but this one is what it is, nothing is skewed. 

Like if I wanted to do it on paper.

I know I have to publish a notice of the LLC within 120 days of formation in a local daily and weekly paper.

I think it my be a simple lead gen approach.

While my experience has been positive (it's easy, convenient, and simple), I will say that I have not been getting the returns these types of companies love to advertise. 

Its that simple.

It’s simple.....if the buyers house did not actually sell due to Any reason, she has the right to cancel her contract with you.  

It's really simple, it's really complex.
