I am currently looking for a house to buy/renovate/sell on the Big Island, specifically at the moment in the Waikoloa area.

Unfortunately, I have very minimal experience and connections at the moment.  

I actually do not see all that much market appreciation potential over the next 5 or so years here (and likely most other markets) ... this is normal for this market, the appreciation is not linear, it happens in short rocket ride spurts usually after a soft patch; no way of really predicting with confidence when exactly that will happen but we are definitely not in a soft patch at the moment and 2012-2015 was the last rocket ride and it was a fun one :). 

I will never use the line of credit at the moment because I am only wholesaling.

The one question I have at the moment is....

I don't have anything at the moment but I definitely will.  

I was just looking at the Case-Shiller a moment ago and thinking about this question as well.

All of those are pretty good markets at the moment.

Our store seems to be broken at the moment, but check it to buy the book.

I don't have access to the MLS and am not able to get those licenses at the moment since I'm working a lot, but I am interested in studying the market so I will be prepared to jump on a good opportunity.Thank you for your help!
