I would limit conversation at this point then, talk to a lawyer, perhaps this all goes away on 8/10.What is the "later date" that the new tenants are moving in?

Everyone's favorite topic of conversation is themself, and when you can go in and talk about the deals they have done or what they have listed now, it will help establish a connection.

It's almost not even a conversation worth having!
