It offers everything (rent collection, maintenance, communication) and seems to have a better mobile app than other services, but I don't know anyone with experience using it.

So I've been noticing a lot of advertising for UPNEST lately on YouTube and was wondering if anyone can provide some honest review of their service. 

Can't hurt to call/write a letter to some sort of ombudsman, regulator or the bank's customer service.. 

Good rates, great service, fast dec pages, and never a whimper about the condition of the properties.

Hey @Greg Tomita, I haven’t had any one-on-one experience with cleaners or handyman in the Greater Phoenix area, as of yet (I opertae a few STR dwellings in Europe and will be expanding to top vacation locations in 2018)  but here’s a simple search query listing more service providers than one could handle.

For example, he borrowed $25K, paid me $3K in "interest", now I foreclose, have my purchase basis as $22K now, and am adding the costs of rehab and the foreclosure itself as part of the depreciable basis on top of that $22K, then will have my total basis here soon right before I put the house in service.

Unfortunately in my situation I just can't afford for now but in maybe 3-5 years I am sure I can work hard and make it profitable again by adding new products, add more service ..etcSo instead of worrying that the banker will knock on door and found out that I was no longer there. 1.

Anyone try his service for absentee owners?
