I think the best thing for anyone trying anything new, is just just get your feet wet and learn how to walk before you run.Join some REI clubs, start networking and start making a list of projects your comfortable with and find like minded investors such as yours and start working together with senior investors and learn slowly.Don't go for the home runs right off the bat.

I'm currently a Senior Database Administrator by day, and a deal finder/analyzer by night, and a Scuba Diving Instructor on the weekends.In terms of the "Triangle" Brandon always refers to, I'd say my strengths are the knowledge and the hustle whereas I'm currently in search of a partner to fulfill the finance aspect.
