Doesn't this BB have a search feature?

Try to work the entire deal from property search to the ultimate sale of the property after repairs are done.

My husband and I have been actively searching out agents in PA, around Pittsburgh.

So, I have look at 50 or so multi-family now I'm narrowing my search once I looked over cash flow.

Haven't had a real chance to do a search for you.

Where I typically search I can find the deals and sellers but buyers have been the difficulty.

Now depending on you lender, sometimes you can just get a check at closing or sometimes they will set up an escrow account, and contractors will request the funds via invoice.Again you may have to search around for a lender that will do it since it is unconventional, but they're out there.

This is a great place to learn and its awesome that you're searching.

Well at least not through internet searches.
