Dear All,I need your opinions on this (Kronstadt, Braşov, Romania) development I found.I think Romania is very interesting country for property investment and this one seems to offer great returns.What does everyone think?

I know I developed mine from several classes and then working with some fellow investors to finalize the ones I use now.

I've been talking to a potential seller about commercial property for developing, with a city parcel that comes up for bid, could put 16 live work units on it roughly at $399,000 a unit now.

The property is probably worth between $680,000 and $720,000 with developement of 16 Live work townhomes four story possibly selling minimial $399,000.

I want to purchase and develope 12 four story live work townhomes with 4 three story townhomes, selling now at around $399,000 a piece will be more when ready to sell.

Is this the transitional phase from the developer, or dissatisfaction with the one you have now?

And I used quotations for a reason, that is more on the mild side but very accurate.Being a property manager I understand the importance of keeping your properties well up to code, and a safe enviroment for all.

My forms and contracts that I use have been developed over the years, learning from experience.
