I’m scheduled to close tomorrow on a 2ba/1ba house in Big Bear City.

We are looking at purchasing 1-2 more properties in the next few months, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything right from the beginning.I currently fully manage both rentals (bookings, customer relations, schedule cleaners, repairs, booking keeping, etc.) and the plan is for me to do so with any future properties. 

So if you have a rental property, you can report via Schedule E even if you don't have an LLC.

Also their schedule E (or other) from their tax return will show Gross income and expenses. 

@Tom McGrew I'd also be interested in the FB groups and possibly the REI meeting if my schedule allows.

Or just brush it off with "No, my schedule for the rest of my day is pretty clear as I didn't know how long this would take". 

I use a local bank and get 4% on a 3yr fix 20yr amortization or 4.4% on a 5yr fixed same amortization schedule.

Ideally something that can:- manage scheduling, with multiple properties to clean/flip- communicate with cleaners- offload manual workNote - I use Hospitable to manage my Airbnb/Vrbo setup, but I'm talking something I can set THEM up with to better scale their cleaning business.
