If you are not going to enforce it, get it out of the lease.Every time you allow the tenant to violate the terms of your lease, it's an indication that you really don't care and it's motivation for them to push farther.If they are PITA tenants, I would give them written notice of this violation and let them know your next step will be (fine, eviction notice, etc.)
