It's important to have some concerns because investing is a risk and it pushes you to be diligent.

As a lender - 1) investors that are just starting out normally float towards high leverage/high rates lenders (lower margins and more risk); experienced investors normally go with lenders that can close fast, reliably, and with low fees.

When you stop paying the mortgage payment on multiple properties, you risk foreclosure on those properties.

I'd spend a few weeks digging through all of the free facebook groups before impulse buying a mastermind.
