I just went into a duplex yesterday that was totally mis represented on the MLS so unless  I bought 3 properties in April and May (2 are renovations and flips and the other I sold the contract).  1 renovation took 8 weeks and sold in 7 days so everything is moving fast and there are less deals.

If you are investing in Kansas City you need someone to represent your interest and make sure you are not buying a pile of junk.If you connect with Wholesalers in KC, that's great, but you would either need to trust the wholesaler completely, not something I recommend, even if you are buying from me.

Buyer broker they just represent a buyer and not a seller. and a regular broker will represent both.
