I have had MULTIPLE contractors that simply do not return calls or tell me to "call him back to remind him to come out for a quote". it's just one disaster after another. that's why i have done so much of the work myself. but i can't do that anymore. i am too busy to do the small stuff.i do think i am part of the problem (since there are only two variables in this equation - them and me), so i am trying to remedy that by figuring out how to adjust for the next contractor.
