I hope not...This is more about a reality check. 

For example I find a house that needs a kitchen remodel (new floors, sink, cabinets, etc) by looking at the pictures provided online.

After I attended the seminar in a Real Estate Agency the only thing sink in my mind is " You will get your first client in three months." as the speaker said.

Please realize that as good as a company may be in reputation and reality, you ar responsible for your passive investments.  

I have the sink, is a mini fridge sufficent.. do I need a full size fridge, stove/oven ??
