He felt that it would not be in my best interest to have the changes they opted for, and that if they would not sign the new document that I should have the titling down at his office so the funds will be in escrow.I presented the titling idea to my partner's but they objected saying that a buyer may not agree to it, and they would much rather use another company to do so.

It became obvious as I proceeded with your company, that the gap between your “services” and getting a completed, ready-to-occupy home, was much more of a gap than I wanted to bridge with my already busy schedule.There were also several inconsistencies in addition to the vagueness in the communication with your team, which are also present in your post.

You are paying for future income not present and that is a mistake.The problem with our market is that realtors are stupid when it comes to actual value and sellers are extremely greedy up here.I believe you are over paying but the likely hood is some one else will pay the price since investors up here simply follow the trend.

2) I seem to have read somewhere where an attorney can set up a separation of property, present it to the judge to get a judgement, then show the judgement to the employer's stock administrator to get 90% of the funds out for self directed investment where your spouse is the custodian.

I've never done any of those things, though I do get occasional wholesale deals presented to me, honestly, I find better deals on the MLS.

It can be done by a beginner, but that is where the negative comments come from, people doing it who simply have no clue.My expectations are that the same things I would look at under due diligence will be presented to me up front so that I can evaluate the deal quickly.
