I would love to believe it, but I have investigated 2 companies offering something very similar, with low interest rates, 2-5% origination fees, etc.

It's a scam, make sure you thoroughly investigate any documentation he gets as it will be fake.

I'd includeland infoif the city will allow itall preliminary costs before the okay to actually start buildingcost of construction length of construction contractor infocomps in the area by sales and income approach due to it being multifamily.market rents compsand basically a price for the entire project from start to finish.I'm coming up with a plan so i can start contacting lenders....especially if my offer doesn't get accepted haha
