Hello, I've been looking into buying a property in Cypress Park mainly because of what's been going on with the LA River and the potential it brings to the area.

Even if I have a potential tenant, I still have to do tenant screening and might not be a good tenant after all, and I end up without a tenant.Just want to know if anyone has any suggestion on how I can increase the showing for my rental SFH.

On a potential property you would run the numbers, if the numbers looked good you would provide the numbers to the PML. and if the PML liked what they saw they would give you the green light to purchase the house at auction with there money and you would have your house without any of your money.  

I wanted to reach out for some help about a potential red flag.

There were several walk through of potentials but no interest to rent.
