Regulation A’s, in the past, have not been popular.

Some companies hijack your name to keep your business, including a very popular one you see advertising on TV.I design my own websites, host the websites with a global company that has numerous repeater data centers, and register the domain with a totally different company.

@David C.OMG, ever since I saw the gross show about hidden germs and infestations in hotels / motels I've been extra precautious from the point of entry no matter how expensive or popular the hotel.

Again, just my opinion.I think the southeast is a very popular area for investors.

The drum type sander will have more weight over the head and will get down to bare wood easier.

I also want to add nearby properties within a manageable distance from the farm for buy and hold/rent - perhaps something on the coast in a popular Chilean vacation area.

I allow pet based on size/breed and adult weight for additional non refundable pet fee or pet rent ($25.00 per month) added to the monthly rent.

I'd bet that "I don't like looking at the neighbors" is going to hold much weight.

- Get rid of all personal items and all family pictures (just neutral furniture and accessories)- Turn on lights before every showing- Open blinds before every showing- Create a flyer with all positive attributes of the house/neighborhood/area/etc- Make sure it smells nice- Paint your front door (it's the first thing the buyer will notice of the "interior"- Leave on a stereo or iPod with speakers playing some soothing/popular music

I understand private borrowing may be a popular answer.
