@Joshua Dorkin - I was experimenting with a virtual assistant e-mailing property owners asking if they would be interested in selling using either a longer term lease-option or a partial or full term owner financing (contract for deed). 

I had AlSide Excallibur installed with low-e (blue-tint), argon gas and grids for about $275 /each (incl. labor).

For me that's a PITA as I have to delete a heck of a lot sometimes and it's time consuming just holding the button down, guess I need to highlight it and then delete, haven't tried that ye, but it's no big deal, it's my problem that I'm not up on computer stuff......All Im doing is typing e and do simple functions.

It may be the best way to capitalize on your investment, an idea highly popular in this circle.
