Ruffner Mountain is a popular spot and it's entrance is 2 blocks up on the same street.

It's a growing market out there but not popular enough for a lot of cash buyers to flock to especially if the property requires work.  

Its becoming a popular tenant amenity as well 

Would love to get insights on where's good areas to rent for a first time mover in MN as a young single professional.I am landlord downtown Minneapolis (North Loop), you wont fine much in the $1,500 range, maybe some micro apartments that have become popular. 

Do people want convenience to the beach, boardwalk and casinos?  

It spits out either very disappointing numbers in areas I think would be popular, and in some cases, spits out high numbers in areas I don't think would be successful at all.

Also you pretty much need to have charger at your home were you park every night without it cant see how these vehicles would be practical.. unless maybe like some of the employers here in the northwest they have plugs ins for free on their campus but as these cars become more popular those will get filled up .

Just like in beating a casino, the law of large numbers should allow me to thrive.

Particularily older neighborhoods which have the right homes and locations for remodelling, so I wanted to specifically know how popular rentals are in those areas and what the going rate is for.
