What I am really looking for is a cheaper, preferably free, platform where I can create a separate bucket of  contact lists of Brokers,  investors, Contractors, Property Managers, Real estate Peers,  attorneys, etc.

Fortunately, their rationale for not doing it was encouraging.

This platform allows you to create them for free (it's really user friendly too).

That might encourage the dealers from using that address for their business.

I simply wanted to encourage you to really research the options, as there is likely a beneficial path you can pursue that provides checkbook control.

I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice (which I encourage you to seek), but the way it's written, the Assignment of Contract is clearly "null and void and of no effect". 

However, the conventional renovation loans are so complicated that I would highly encourage you to use hard money over the conventional loan if possible.
