this would let you go to REIA meetings and network, look at properties in person, drive neighborhoods, meet locals, and build a network.with interest rates and prices high, investing right now is taking extra work, creativity, or both. 

You can edit and personalize the books as much as you like, then print the book at Staples or another similar store.

Now that the tenant saw significant actions resulting from their complaints, they are "trained" to complain to get things they want.
