with prices and interest rates high right now, the market is very unforgiving for first time investors.the answer to your question is - there are LOTS of decently priced markets that you could get into for a solid first investment.

Not aware of direct data for your question.Large apartment owners spend big money on this question and usually answer it by gauging demand via vacancy rates and Days On Market.

Seems like an obvious answer but thought I'd ask anyway as the MD office of WC does not pick up their phone or return calls in a timely manner.
