These are just some things I came up with to ease into RE...If I decide RE is right for me by reading on BP and such, my future plan would probably be to sign up for an online real estate class with Moseley and get my RE Salesman Certification.  

We have found some small apartments online in the detroit area but being from out of state we need to find a good realtor and property manager in the detroit area.

Not sure I can do a good forced appreciation MF deal, but I've got an opportunity on a stand alone NNN with a premier, national tenant and not sure since I've never really even screened this type of deal.

If most of the block is well kept, there is an opportunity to make or keep a property well kept, and if most of the block looks like there is little pride or care, you are likely not going to be able to make a change.
