You would need an attorney familiar with sub-to, but that I think is how the seller gets covered (assuming you assigned it and arent on any paperwork).As someone looking to get into acquiring sub-to deals...just curious where this one is?

I have done 100s and 100s and 100s in ALL of the Cleveland markets, NONE well maybe one or two in Parma.

There are cheaper one’s in D/F areas but I would be careful as those can create a laundry list of additional issues.

While this wouldn't be my number one choice of locations, all I care about is making money.

It's pretty one sided.During their "inspection period" they will list everything wrong with the property, "real or imagined" and try to get you to reduce your price.
