I purchased the system on the 26th and I thought the system said I had 30 days to review and cancel for a refund. 

I have called 20 banks and no one does a 1st lien on investment properties except 1 stated they would if owner occupied.During the research I read a website, which stated that 1st lien HELOCS on non-occupied are illegal and not allowed by Federal Law.Anyone know if this is true?

I l like to make my deposit on their website and then call on the phone or send an email to place my order.There lists are very accurate.

He offered to buy me out so we agreed on a price.

I am trying to evaluate the benefits & risks on purchasing a 2-4 family or a single-family home and convert/build an ADU.

Depending on the Investors Investment Strategy,  things may work out.
