I have acquired numerous properties through Auction.com and other online auction websites.

I'm looking to build a co-living apartment community in the Bay Area with the following features: -  Fully furnished and some amenities - Easy to discover and book apartments -  Flexible leases. 

The issue he (and I believe other realtors) will have is the property is has a unique feature that we feel will significantly affect the value.

Utilized childproof feature so our kids can't shut it off anymore and put it on basement mode (it runs continuously now).

It's weird that numerous professionals telling you this and you still won't believe it.
