We've spoken to numerous people and supervisors and the best thing they can do for us up until this point is send a P.O. box for us to send a letter requesting the proof the account does not exist anymore.

There is always a clause allowing a title company to correct incidental errors in spelling amounts and recordings.So if they made a mistake they can probably fix it.

@Edmond Dantes As I suspected, the title company messed up and failed to collect and pay the 2020 taxes that were overdue at the time of your settlement.The title company should reimburse you for any interest and penalties you incurred as a result of their error -- plus perhaps some extra for having to deal with this.Regarding the 2020 taxes themselves... in my opinion, you will ultimately be responsible for them, even if a title claim is filed.

The profit margins on all the others become rounding errors; just a blip on the radar.Find the deal and the capitol will find you.Mistakes in this game will crush you. buying at inflated prices, silly leverage, convoluted partnership structures, skimping on attorneys and accountants, burning bridges etc etc etc. don't make rookie mistakes everything you need to know about REI can probably be found on BP.I was using BP for the first time back in 2011 when I was in Afghanistan.

Potential repairs1 none, I mean whatever misc housework comes up but honestly none that I can SEE key word, SEE as this is purely speculative based off internet pics and documentation23Thoughts: it’s a gorgeous house in a great area that would more than likely get rented out fairly quickly, that said with those quick rentals you never know who you are going to get, and this house is clearly not for many people kind of coalescing, it would be pretty tight, and a little weird having numerous people living in that place, but it could work.

Now with all of that said- if the full report comes back and it seems like the repairs are going to be far too numerous (and costly- you're going to have to have the capital to finance these repairs even if purchase price point is lower (well, assuming there's a loan involved to purchase).
