I even made a post on BP to see what lenders out there (in Wisconsin) accept second mortgages, which is how I connected with another great lender (@Nicholas Vandervelde) from First National Bank near Madison. 

Just because a borrower has tons of money does not mean they want to drop 35 to 40% down on something.I find national HML lenders are not the best rates.

I was tracking down new portfolio lenders and Old National is doing portfolio loans.

There is a tiny homes hotel in Portland - you can google the one in Portland - its gotten a lot of national press and I think one in San Fran.

Hi James, We use local and nation wide banks as well as private lenders.. its all on a case by case basis.

Never seen or heard of the show till now but my first thoughts are the disclaimer in many of the 'Investor' infomercials in tiny fine print that warns most ppl who follow our method we are selling make little or no money anyways.My 2nd thought as to American Greed would involve the bigger picture of currently occupying, bombing up, and colonizing much of the world over and also having been to only nation to resort to nuking another

Wages are low in general compared to the national average as well.
