The best that you could do would be to monitor and ask for up dates from time to time.When dealing with a big bank you will most likely never know what the true reasons are behind what they do.

You could get a landline and just tell guests that it's not monitored and all communication must go through the Airbnb app.

Unfortunately, I live too far away to monitor how much time heputs in.
