Or is it just better to find a hard money lender for a short term of about 1 year depending on the season period a traditional bank wants?

In reverse mortgage short sale, if seller is died, seller's heirs have no motivation to do the deal with me because they do not get any money from it.

Is it worth spending that kind of money to learn how the gator lending strategy work?
