Hey BP,The mobile home park that I am looking at purchasing has a valid permit from the county health department.

One of my clients had a cell phone store franchisee a national brand claim that rent was too high and would have to shut down business if not a concession by landlord.

I have heard of some dealers bringing in mobile homes and selling them from your lot, so that's great you were able to find that connection.

Not to say tell your kids every bill you pay, but let them know how much that cell phone cost.
