You'll have to get the identification number (usually on the home) off the mobile home and check with the local government entity in charge of titling and retitling manufactured homes in your area to see what the process would be to get a title to the home, if that's what you want.

An alternative to that is to seek out a manufactured home dealer in the area that is selling land/home packages and ask them what the process is.If there is no existing paperwork with the year, make and serial number to be found, you can look for the data tag.
