You could check the property owner records on your county auditor's site...but assuming many people have the same name, that might prove difficult, unless you have some other identifying info that would ensure you got the right person.

There is nearly an unlimited amount of content on the site. 

I've been looking on the big common sites like Century 21 and Zillow, but I'm only finding individual units in Townhouses and such. 

Or are they refusing to move until forced out the door, and in that case they'd lose everything?

After accounting for vacancy, I would lose money every month.
