My son and I are developing a Night Club in Baltimore that should be ready to rent in April, lots of moving parts, but when you have the right contractors doing what is necessary, you are able to sleep at nights and not worry too much about cost over-run.As for "flipping, assignment, recycling properties and finding great transactions", a few simple suggestions would be to follow the negative!!

Finally we think we will decide to go with prosper.com, they will charge 5% points in the loan instead of upfront, but it took us a long time to talk to their supervisor to figure out  their amortization schedule. we thought they have fixed interest rate, but it is a simple interest loan.
