You need to listen close and hear what your investors are telling you I would not recommend raising your returns to that level.

Hi BP Community,I was listening to one of the BP podcasts (it was on shuffle so do not know the episode, but currently still searching) and the guest on the show mentioned she started vacation rental investing which is one area I am interesting in getting into.

My interest quickly grew beyond the short-term rental world as I listened to seasoned investors' testimonies of success at BRRRR-ing, flipping, wholesaling, and more.

Listen to the Apartment Building Investing podcast with @michaelblank and episode 192 with @sterlingwhite.

We will listen to their hardships evaluate on a case-by-case basis if something more needs to happen - like payment plans or no late fee.

And don't listen to people that just say thing like hey they probably stopped without knowing any information.

In my area, the county are complete imbeciles that will not listen to residents that are hard hit by their taxes.

I am not a stock expert but I listen to ppl who know this space.
